Shipping & Return Policies

Priority Mail within the continental United States is included for up to six kits in an order. For mailing outside the continental United States, or for bulk purchases, a supplement will be added to cover actual postage expense in excess of Priority Mail standard packing postage.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be unopened in the original packaging; specifically the shrink-wrap must be intact.
Ops in a Box, Legal Edition contains a flash drive with an electronic copy of all contents. Because the substance of the product is digitally reproducible, as with software the item is not returnable once the shrink-wrap has been removed.
To complete your exchange or return, please provide your order number and feedback. In response we’ll provide detailed instructions, including the return shipping address. If you are unable to provide your order number, and we are unable to confirm the order in our records, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We may request a photograph of the kit condition to assess the damage. If the packaging arrives damaged, please take a photo showing the condition in which the package arrived.
While we strive to ship only the highest quality product, if the kit contents arrive with missing or damaged components due to our error we will be happy to make it right.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, normally within 30 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund, after checking your bank account, please contact your credit card or other payment processor company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If after thirty-two days have passed since you received notification from us, you have confirmed through the above process that refund has not been received, please contact us at email@example.com.
We will send a refund to the gift giver. In order to notify the purchaser of the refund, they will by necessity be notified of the return.
Once the return is approved we will notify you and include the return shipping address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any supplemental shipping expense as defined in our shipping policy [hyperlink] will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Please use the original shipping time as a guide.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can take refund or exchange action only after receiving your returned item.
