Strategic Plan, Part 3: Execute the Plan

As we head towards fall, our topic has been STRATEGIC PLANNING. Whether as an Operations Launch Check List, an annual refresh, or aligning with new leadership the same principles apply. 

Step #3 on the Operations Launch Check List is Execute the Plan. Remember the mantra "no blank slate." To maximize forward progress, be opportunistic.  Alleviate current pain points and bring examples of best practice to scale.

Seek out a "coalition of the willing" but keep circling back to good ideas that don't gain initial traction looking for an opportunity to make progress.
