Inspired by my Father - Happy Father's Day!
With Father's Day coming up this weekend, I want to acknowledge my dad Mike Trotter, who inspired me to join the Legal Ops field. He argued convincingly at the dinner table that the legal industry would be transformed in the 21st century by corporate legal departments’ increasing leverage and appointment of operations professionals. He is practicing law at Taylor English Duma, and was among the first to teach a course in law school on the BUSINESS of law at Emory Law School. He authored several books on the subject and had a long-standing column in The Daily Report. Thank you, Dad!
